The March meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, March 7th at 7PM at British American Auto Care, 9577 Berger Road, Columbia MD  21046.  Dues-paying members are very welcome to attend board meetings to express any concerns they may have.

Alarmed at the 4 to 8 hour wait time for patients at Howard County General Hospital Emergency Room, the HCCA took action. HCCA members worked with hospital administrators and government officials to reduce wait times. This is just one of many actions we engaged in over the past year.

In 2010, the Howard County Citizen’s Association released its 2010 survey of  candidates for County Executive and County Council concerning specific issues that it believes are important to Howard County voters.  Though the election is over, you may find this document useful in knowing where our county officials stand on the issues.
