Goals for 2010/2011 included reviewing the Public Engagement and Land Use (PELU) Task Force Report and working to enact its recommendations, working to expand the Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (APFO), educating residents on the Howard County General Plan, and ensuring timely emergency care for county residents.
