We’re glad you are considering joining our group of active Howard County residents! You have the option to join HCCA by mail or or online.

  • To join by mail:

Please download this membership form, complete it on your computer, print and sign it, and mail the completed form with your payment to Howard County Citizens Association, Inc, P.O. Box 89, Ellicott City, MD 21041. The form is in PDF format. To download the membership application, you need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

  • To join online:

Please complete the form on this page. Once you have completed the form, you’ll be redirected to a page where you can make a payment. An e-mail will be forwarded confirming receipt of your membership form (and it will also contain the payment link).

Annual dues for the calendar year are $20 for the first family member and $10 for retirees and/or each additional family member.

Additional contributions will further the causes of the organization. Dues and contributions are not tax deductible, since HCCA is a 501C4, not a charity.

Everyone who joins the HCCA e-mail listserv can read e-mails posted by listserv members. This can increase your awareness of what’s happening and how you can have an impact.

HCCA MISSION STATEMENT

The Howard County Citizens Association (HCCA) is a non-partisan organization of County residents. Our purpose is to bring residents together to provide them a means of expressing their views on the affairs of Howard County and advancing interests for:

  • exemplary government and delivery of services
  • sound fiscal policies and responsible administration of public funds
  • orderly growth and development in the best interests of its residents and the environment
  • educational system excellence
  • preservation of agricultural, historical, and open space
  
Membership in HCCA is open to all Howard County residents who accept HCCA’s mission statement.
